Downes Communications offers 3 levels of service agreements.
The SLA does not cover labor or materials, this unique agreement provides the customer with confidence to know if there is a telecommunications failure Downes communications will be onsite quickly.
These SLA offer the client assurance that Downes Communications will be onsite within the designated time specified in the service level agreement chosen by the client.
The SLA assures your telephone system will be down for a minimal amount of time so your company's' employees can stay productive.
The benefit of minimal downtime far outweigh the loss of telephone service for extended periods.
Downes Communications also offers maintenance agreements that cover material and labor for your communications system.
