ACS 509 has 5 incoming lines and 9 telephones and can be expanded. This system is very reliable,feature rich, and can accept voicemail PCMCIA cards or Partner Messaging modules. Partner ACS performs transfer functions, conference calls,paging,caller ID, forwarding of calls offsite, along with many other features.

Avaya IP Office(VOIP)

Avaya IP Office 500 VOIP systems scale up to 500 phones and can provide a multitude of functionality including centralized voicemail(one voicemail system for all office locations),receptionist can see who is on the phone at all locations, IP phones allow 3 digit transfer to remote workers homes. Forward calls offsite so customers can reach no matter where your location may be.
